Longotano Photography is proud to be a participating photographer at the 2024 BFBA Focus Event.
I am attending Focus as a freelance photographer and will be there from Friday morning until the close of play Sunday including the evenings. I have been invited after the BFBA coming across my work from previous farrier competition.
In my capacity as a freelance photographer, it gives competitors and exhibitors the freedom to choose what photographer is supporting them from behind the camera. I will be there from Friday morning until the close of play Sunday including the evenings. I have been invited after the BFBA coming across my work from previous farrier competition. My background is in equine, country and commercial photography.
To be absolutely certain your hard work is captured, I strongly recommend signing up for photography services in advance.

WHAT TYPE OF COVERAGE TO CHOOSE?
Longotano Photography offers 3 types of coverage
SHOW CLIENTS receive coverage of your competition. Digital and print products are purchased separately.
PRIVATE CLIENTS receive the same competition coverage as Show Clients as well as moments before and after. and award ceremonies are all included. Printable high-resolution digitals are included in private client coverage. Private Clients also receive priority should there be a ring conflict in my schedule.
EXIBITORS Photographic coverage of your stand, products and personnel to create a portfolio of images you can dip into for your social media content and for eye-catching images for a future marketing campaign.

All competition images for a single horse delivered a s fully edited web size digitals ready to share on social media.
As a personal or team photographer – I can be booked by an individual or team as your photographer captures you/the team whilst competing, as well as candid moments capture between team members and friends. This would take the form of a documentary style of photography documenting your time at the event

I have extensive experience working with equine businesses, so why not take advantage of this at the event to get some new updated and relevant images for your website? A portfolio of images you can dip into for your social media content and for eye-catching images for a future marketing campaign. Coverage of your stand, products, personnel and products being used by competitors during the competitions or demonstrations.

HOW WILL I RECIEVE MY IMAGES?
All clients will receive direct email notification with access to your proofs or digital downloads. No hunting for your photos in a large gallery!.
HOW MANY IMAGES ARE DELIVERED?
I guarantee a minimum of 30 images for Private Clients and a minimum of 15 images for Show Clients. There are often more especially if you are competing on multiple days.
HOW DO I PAY?
After signing up for coverage, you'll be emailed an online invoice. Payment in full must be received by start of the show (Sep 26) to guarantee coverage.
WHAT IF MY TIMES/SCHEDULE CHANGES?
If there are any changes to your schedule (including addition of award ceremonies!), please contact me immediately so I can adjust my schedule to accommodate.
CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH ME OUTSIDE OF MY TIME COMPETING ?
If you are signed up as a Private Client, I am more than happy to cover you whilst around the event and in the evenings if I do not have another client I am covering at the time.
DOES MY PACKAGE COVER ME WHEN I AM STKIKING ?
Yes! Hiring a photographer means you don't have to worry about leaving the event without memories.

BOOK COVERAGE FOR BFBA FOCUS BELOW
You will be emailed an online invoice after submission of the form. Private Clients will also be emailed a photography contract. Coverage is not guaranteed until booking fees are paid in full.
