How it all started ... I started riding at 4 years old at a riding school at Beckingham. Felicity woodland trained me for many many years.  I was obsessed with ponies for as long as I can remember, mum is horsey, and it went from there. 

My first horse... was an 11.2hh palomino called sonata that was bought from Melton Mowbray sales.

Equine Disciplines ... I train and compete in pretty much everything!  I Started in showing then went evening and now Combine them both with some BSJA in the summer months too. II have a passion for racing and although I am currently without one, I love having a pointer in to train too. 

Career Achievements. I won RIHs and HOYS in the showing world.  I have been part of the Young Rider Europeans Eventing and ridden at 5-star level, as well as producing many advance horses over the years.  I have also trained point to point winners.  I have competed up to 1.40 BS

Goals... a fairly young team on the whole so main goals is to show them the world.  My main horse Grantstown Music of the Night will hopefully move up the eventing ranks and do some open workers.   

Random fact... First time I ever sat on a pony at fils I fell off and broke my collarbone​.

How it all started ...

My first horse... 

Equine Disciplines ...   I compete in all things equestrian, but mostly eventing and side saddle!  She works in their small family business looking after a yard full of horses, teaching clients and training to get to the top.  As a mother daughter team, me and mum do it all from British Eventing at the higher levels and backing and training young horses, to taking part in sidesaddle displays across the country and helping others to get into side saddle. All our horses enjoy a super varied life which makes them love their work! ​

Career Achievements... Lauren is the 2017, 2019, 2022 and 2023 Side Saddle Rider of the Year.   Eventing up to Intermediate​

Random fact... ​I like to dip my Mc Donnalds chips into my milkshake

​How it all started ... I started riding when I was about seven at a riding school. My mum has always loved being around horses so was keen to get me into it and I have never looked back!​

My first horse...  I got my first loan pony a year after I started riding, a little roan pony called Rupert​.

Equine Disciplines ...  Mainly eventing but I compete in dressage and showjumping as well

Career Achievements...  have evented up to CCI2* and was selected for the pony Europeans but unfortunately my pony went lame the day before, so we had to withdraw​.

Goals... .to have my first attempt at juniors with my two horses:​

Random fact... ​I was born in Australia so could ride for a British or Australian team in the future.​
